These Terms & Conditions govern your use of One9tech.com and any enquiry, quote, course, or service you request from One9tech. By browsing this website or asking us to work with you, you agree to these terms.

A signed proposal, statement of work, or written confirmation may add project-specific terms. If those documents conflict with this page, the signed document applies to that project.

All trademarks and associated intellectual property are managed by this entity.

3. Services

We provide IT services, AI solutions, software and web development, cloud and infrastructure work, marketing services, training courses, and related add-ons such as credits or hosting. Service scope, timeline, and fees are confirmed in writing before work starts.

Website content is general information. It is not a binding offer until we confirm a quote or contract in writing.

4. Quotes, payment, and delivery

Quotes are estimates based on the brief you share. Changes in scope may change fees and timelines. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice.

We will use reasonable skill and care. Delivery dates are targets, not guarantees, unless a contract says otherwise. You are responsible for providing timely access, content, approvals, and accurate information we need to deliver.

5. Intellectual property

We retain rights in our pre-existing tools, methods, templates, and the One9tech brand. After full payment, you receive the rights we agree in writing to the custom work created for your project.

You confirm that materials you give us (copy, logos, data, access) do not infringe third-party rights. You remain responsible for how you use the finished work.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, or use our services for unlawful, harmful, or infringing activity. We may suspend access or decline work if we reasonably believe these terms are being broken.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data. Our total liability for a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project in the three months before the claim.

How we collect and use personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. By using this website or contacting us, you acknowledge that policy.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from the date it is posted.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer protection law gives you a right to bring a claim in your home country.
